Does Bühl AG also manage properties for external owners?

Yes. We do not only manage our own real estate – we also take on properties for external owners. The best first step is to look together at the property in question and at which tasks you would like to hand over to us.

What does Bühl AG take care of in property management?

We handle the day-to-day management of your property. This includes looking after tenants, tenancy agreements, handovers and inspections, re-letting, coordinating tradespeople and maintenance work, and the administrative tasks around the property. We agree with you personally which services we take on.

What does managing a property cost?

That depends on the size of the property and on which tasks we take on for you. After an initial conversation we can assess the workload and provide you with a quote.
