Real estate has accompanied our family for many years.
Bühl AG is a family business from Sins. What was built up over many years, we continue together today – personally, down-to-earth and with a great deal of experience from our own property portfolio.
Behind Bühl AG today are Beat Peterhans and Anna-Sophie Peterhans.
Beat Peterhans
Owner · trained plumbing and heating installer · Swiss federal diploma and master craftsman’s examination · 35 years with the company
Beat has known the real estate business for many years and brings correspondingly deep experience. Over the years he has accompanied numerous property projects and built up, managed, let and sold properties.
This experience remains an important part of Bühl AG to this day. Especially when it comes to decisions about a property, what counts for us is not just theory, but above all practical experience.
Anna-Sophie Peterhans
Property manager and broker · trained commercial employee (EFZ) · prospective Swiss certified property manager
Anna-Sophie has been with Bühl AG since 2024 and today takes care of a large part of the day-to-day real estate business.
This includes managing our properties, lettings and sales, apartment handovers and inspections, looking after our tenants, and coordinating with owners, tradespeople and other partners.
In parallel, she is completing further training as a property manager with a Swiss federal diploma.
As the next generation, she brings new ideas and modern ways of working into the company – without losing what has defined Bühl AG for many years.
What matters to us
We own and manage real estate ourselves. That is why we know many situations not only from a manager’s perspective, but also from an owner’s.
We know how important it is that someone is reachable, does not delay decisions unnecessarily, and takes care of a problem before it becomes a bigger one.
That is exactly how we want to work with our clients.
