Real estate has accompanied us for many years. We manage our own residential and commercial properties, take care of lettings and sales, and accompany our own property projects from planning to handover.
Today we increasingly want to make this experience available to external owners as well.
Our previous work
Our everyday work includes managing apartment buildings and commercial properties, letting apartments and business premises, and selling real estate.
We do not just take care of letting or administration. We accompany our properties for the long term, coordinate maintenance and renovation work, and are the contact for tenants, tradespeople and other parties.
In new-build projects, too, we are involved from development and marketing through buyer care to the later handover.
