Principle

This website works without marketing cookies and without tracking services. When you merely visit the website, we do not process any personal data beyond the technically necessary server log data (see below). Fonts are embedded locally; no connections are made to third-party font or map servers.

Server log data

When the website is accessed, the web server automatically stores technical access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser). This data is required for technical operation and security and is not combined with other data sources.

Contact form and appointment requests

If you write to us via the contact form or request an appointment, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, subject, message, property concerned if applicable) in order to answer your enquiry. The details are sent to our email address anna@buehlag.ch and kept for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and any subsequent cooperation.

Search profile

If you store a search profile, we process your details (name, contact details, type of property sought, locations, further wishes) in order to contact you when a suitable property becomes available. You can have your search profile deleted at any time by emailing anna@buehlag.ch.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about new properties and news from Bühl AG. You can unsubscribe at any time – via the unsubscribe link in the respective email or with a short message to anna@buehlag.ch.

Customer reviews

Feedback from clients may be displayed on our website. We publish such testimonials only with the express consent of the persons concerned.

Disclosure of data

We do not pass your personal data on to third parties unless this is necessary to provide our services (for example to our hosting provider, which technically operates the website and the form submission) or we are legally obliged to do so.

Our property listings link to real estate portals (for example Homegate) and project websites. If you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
