What does the placement cost?
For prospective tenants there are no agency fees for the normal application and viewing of our rental properties.
How it works
- You have found an interesting property? Then get in touch with us.
- We answer your first questions about the property and, if you wish, arrange a viewing appointment.
- If the property is right for you, we send you the documents needed for your application. After reviewing them, we get back to you to discuss the next steps.
- If a tenancy comes about, we draw up the tenancy agreement and arrange the handover with you.
- After you move in, we remain your direct contact for questions and concerns about the property.

Can I view a property?
Of course. Get in touch with us and we will arrange a suitable viewing appointment.
Which documents do I need for an application?
We will let you know which documents we need when you express interest in a specific property. As a rule, we require a completed application form and the usual information for checking the tenancy.
Am I allowed to keep pets?
That depends on the property in question. If you have a pet, it is best to ask us directly.
Is parking available?
If parking spaces belong to an apartment or commercial space, or can be rented in addition, you will find the details in the listing.
When can I move in?
The possible move-in date is stated in the respective listing. If you would prefer a different date, feel free to talk to us about it.
Can I also get in touch if nothing suitable is available right now?
Yes. You are welcome to contact us and tell us what you are looking for. When we have a suitable rental property, we can look together at whether it might work for you.
