Our holiday home at Via Rovo 10 in Cadegliano-Viconago lies quiet and idyllic on the Italian side, just a few minutes by car from Ponte Tresa and the lake.
What makes this place special for us is clearly the location: the beautiful lake view, plenty of peace and the feeling of simply being away from everyday life.
The house consists of two separate apartments and sleeps up to 8 people in total. Depending on your needs, you can rent both apartments together or just a single apartment.
What awaits you
Each apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, offering space for up to 4 people per apartment.
Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and bathtub, its own fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living and dining area.
The furnishings include a coffee machine, heating and a washing machine. The upper apartment also has a TV.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside, a garden, a terrace and a barbecue area are at your disposal. You can also park your car right by the house in the fenced parking area.
And most importantly: from here you enjoy the lake view and the tranquillity that make this special location what it is.
Who is the holiday home suitable for?
The holiday home is suitable for families, couples or friends who want to spend a few relaxing days in Italy.
Thanks to the two separate apartments, the house is also ideal if you are travelling together but still want some privacy.
If there are just two or four of you, you can also rent only one of the two apartments.
By car you reach the lake in about 8 minutes. Ponte Tresa and the Swiss border are also quickly reachable, so you can easily combine your stay in Italy with trips to Ticino and the surrounding area.

Send us your preferred travel dates and the number of people. We check whether the holiday home or the desired apartment is still available and get back to you.
If everything fits, you receive the rental agreement from us.
A deposit as per the agreement is due on signing. The balance is payable no later than 30 days before the start of the rental.
On arrival day the holiday home is available from 3.00 pm. On departure day we ask you to leave the house by 10.00 am at the latest.
You will receive all further information about arrival and key handover before your stay.

In total, up to 8 people can stay in the house. Each of the two apartments has two bedrooms with a double bed and sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
Do I always have to rent the whole house?
No. Depending on availability, you can rent either a single apartment or both apartments together.

By car you reach the lake in about 8 minutes.
Is there a parking space?
Yes. A fenced parking space is available right by the house.

What does the final cleaning cost?
You receive the exact conditions and any additional costs together with the price for your desired stay.
